This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of planning and supervision on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency, especially in the Highways Sector, Sukabumi City. Thorough planning and effective supervision are two important elements in managerial functions that are believed to be able to encourage increased performance of government apparatus. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees in the Highways Sector, and supported by documentation studies and interviews. The results of the study indicate that planning has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where directed planning is able to provide clear work guidelines and increase efficiency. Likewise, supervision contributes significantly to improving performance by ensuring that tasks are carried out in accordance with established standards and encouraging work accountability. Simultaneously, planning and supervision have a strong influence on employee performance. Therefore, improving the quality of planning and supervision is a strategic key in efforts to optimize public services in the field of road infrastructure.
